Description of the Item

Fall-top secretary in mahogany veneer with canted corners and a St-Anne (grey) marble top. Secretary has one top drawer and front leaf desk below the top drawer. There are two door panels below the leaf desk. Secretary is decorated with beautiful bronze hardware.

This piece from the Louis XVI period has been signed by master JP Dusautoy.

Louis XVI secretaries are exceptional pieces of art and pieces signed by masters such as Dusautoy are rare and in high demand by collectors.
