Description of the Item

Elegant liquor chest of the early 19th century. Chest contains all the glassware, including 4 carafes and 12 cordials. This chest is wonderfully well preserved with all its pieces, including the working lock and its key.

Once this French liquor chest from the Restoration (1814-1830) period is opened, the tray comes up and rotates to sit atop the open chest safely and securely. The securely opened chest allows a host to remove the glasses and serve their guests.

This 19th century Liquor Chest is difficult to find and often has missing pieces. This liquor chest is a distinctive piece both in condition and quality of work. The chest will decorate any space and is attractive to serve cordials to your guests.
